AP ACCOUNTANT

Our Corporate Services departments in HR, Finance, IT, Facility, and Purchasing play an essential role in this. They support our colleagues in the field and in the lab so they can focus on what they do best. Due to the company’s dynamic international growth, we are looking for an AP Accountant (m/f/x) to strengthen our finance team.

What does the job involve?

In this role, you will support the financial operations of various entities within the group and contribute to the accurate and timely processing of the accounting.

You will be responsible for:

  • processing and checking purchase invoices;
  • following up on supplier and customer accounts;
  • preparing VAT returns;
  • supporting the monthly closing process;
  • helping to monitor compliance with financial and tax regulations;
  • identifying improvement opportunities in administrative and financial processes;
  • supporting the further optimization of our ERP system Odoo.

You will work closely with the finance team and report directly to the finance manager.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • You have several years of relevant experience in an accounting role.
  • You are interested in VAT returns and tax follow-up.
  • You work accurately, in a structured manner, and independently.
  • You are proficient with Office 365; experience with Exact or Odoo is a plus.
  • French and English are no problem for you.
  • Colleagues know you as an open and communicative personality.
