Administrative assistant - finance department

Poulpharm BV is a rapidly growing veterinary biotech company with increasing foreign expansion. Together with its sister companies, Poulpharm is looking for an administrative assistant to help support the finance department.

Job description

  • You will collect purchase invoices (by mail, email and online portals) and send them to the authorized persons;
  • You will take care of the internal portal of purchase invoices and forward them to the ERP package;
  • You will assist in the entry of invoices;
  • You will be responsible for sending out reminders;
  • You will support the general administrative tasks of the finance department;
  • You will take care of monthly, internal chargebacks.


  • You hold a secondary degree in commerce or bachelor’s degree in economics or equivalent through experience;
  • You are punctual and discrete;
  • If you have experience with Exact Globe or similar ERP package, this is a plus;
  • You are a team player;
  • You like tight communication;
  • You are an administrative person
