HR-Manager

As HR-manager you stand for an excellent HR-policy. You support and advise on strategic and operational area with attention for people and organization.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the further development of HR policies in various areas:
    • Recruitment & onboarding
    • Training & development
    • Talent & performance management
    • Evaluation system & performance interviews
    • Internal branding
    • Work life balance employee
    • HR policies within the company
    • Pay policy
  • You are the interlocutor for employees, managers and external stakeholders;
  • You are up to date with social legislation and its application;
  • You report to the management team and work closely with your fellow HR officer.

Profile

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree; ideally in HR or economics;
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the HR world;
  • You are hands-on and can put the requested into practice;
  • You are empathetic and flexible;
  • You get energy from proactively contributing to the business;
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English;
  • You are communicatively constructive, clear and with an eye for human aspects;
  • Integrity and discretion.
