Logistics Employee

Waaroost, based in Waardamme, combines a human pharmacy with a veterinary wholesale business. We serve both private customers and veterinarians, livestock farmers, and other professional partners in the healthcare and animal sectors. Our services focus on quality, efficiency, and customer orientation. Waaroost is part of an international group including companies such as Poulpharm, Zootests, and Vetspin – mainly active in the veterinary sector and together providing strong, complementary collaboration.

To support the logistics department of Waaroost in Oostkamp, we are looking for a Logistics Employee (m/f) who lives in the Kempen region.

What does this job entail?

  • Preparing orders in the medicine depot
  • Handling related administrative tasks, such as creating and printing delivery notes
  • From 11:00 onwards, taking care of deliveries to customers and sister companies
  • Representing Waaroost professionally and in a customer-friendly manner
  • Receiving incoming orders, checking them, labeling correctly, and placing them in the depot
  • Ensuring the warehouse remains clean and well-organized
  • Communicating proactively about stock levels and signaling when replenishment is needed
  • Frequently traveling between our locations in Flanders, while based at the Oostkamp depot

What do we expect from you?

  • Preferably living in the Kempen region and flexible in traveling between sites
  • Affinity for logistics work and a hands-on attitude
  • Accurate and structured work style, including administrative tasks
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Comfortable using Office programs such as Outlook
  • Experience with an ERP system is a plus
  • Driving license B is required
