HR OFFICER

To expand our team, we are therefore looking for an HR Officer who wants to help build a professional and people-oriented HR approach, in which employees and managers feel supported—both locally and internationally.

Job description

As an HR Officer, you’ll be a key member of our global HR team, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent onboarding. You’ll take the lead in attracting new colleagues and ensure that they experience a professional and welcoming employee journey.

In addition, you will support our payroll administration and payroll processes, working closely with your HR colleague. In this role, you combine a strong interest in people-related topics with a meticulous administrative approach.

A selection of your responsibilities:
• You will take the lead on the entire recruitment process from start to finish, from initial contact to salary offer and successful onboarding
• You will align staffing needs with managers and help determine the most efficient and high-quality recruitment approach
• You will serve as a sounding board for managers and employees regarding performance, collaboration, well-being, and development
• You will proactively contribute to HR projects and initiatives that foster a strong employee experience and a positive work environment
• You assist with the preparation and processing of payroll
• You accurately track contracts, personnel files, and administrative HR documents and keep personnel data up to date
• You serve as an accessible point of contact for employees with questions regarding pay, leave, and other HR-related topics

• You preferably have experience in a general HR role, with a strong interest in recruitment
• You work with precision and have an affinity for payroll and HR administration
• You have strong communication skills and easily build relationships with candidates, employees, and managers
• You think proactively and take initiative
• You enjoy taking ownership of your cases and are results-oriented
• You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus
• You feel comfortable in an international context and collaborate easily with colleagues across different entities
