Quality Officer

To support the QESH department in Belgium, Poulpharm is looking for a Quality Officer.

What does the job involve?

As a Quality Officer, you are an essential link in our quality management system. Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Independently following up on study events and reporting on them.
  • Reviewing quality documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Preparing for audits and inspections.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Quality Lead.
  • Promoting a quality-focused mindset within the team and developing related training.
  • Organizing annual refresher training sessions within your department.
  • Managing the document management system and archiving quality documents.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have a degree in bio(chemistry), pharmacy, or a similar field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a quality-related role and knowledge of relevant quality standards (ISO 17025, GLP, GCP, GDP, FCA, etc.).
  • You are administratively strong with a hands-on mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
