Quality Officer

To support the QESH department in Belgium, Poulpharm is looking for a Quality Officer.

What does the job involve?
As a Quality Officer, you support the day-to-day quality operations by ensuring the correct follow-up of documentation, training, study events, and audit preparation. Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Independently following up on study events and reporting on them
- Reviewing quality documents and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Preparing audits and inspections
- Supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with our Quality Lead
- Promoting a quality-focused mindset within the team and developing related training materials
- Organizing annual refresher training courses within your department
- Managing the document management system and archiving quality documents
In this role, you work closely with colleagues from the QESH team as well as with various colleagues across different departments.
What do we expect from you?
- You have an educational background in a scientific field, or equivalent through experience
- You have affinity with one or more of the following quality standards: ISO17025, GLP, GCP, GDP, FCA, …
- You are an administrative all-rounder with a hands-on mentality
- You communicate easily and enjoy collaborating with different teams
