REGIONAL MANAGER BRAZIL

SAS Global (Scientific Allied Solutions) is an independent partner in animal health, specialising in veterinary diagnostics, autogenous vaccines and contract research. With various subsidiaries and our head office in Belgium, and an international presence across Europe (France, Italy, Hungary), Asia (Vietnam, the Philippines, Myanmar, Indonesia), Jordan and Brazil, we support vets, farmers and pharmaceutical companies with innovative solutions for healthier animals and more efficient production. With a strong focus on scientific expertise, innovation and customer focus, we carry out diagnostics, (pre-)clinical studies and safety studies in accordance with GCP and GLP guidelines and develop bespoke vaccines.

To support the continued growth of our three Brazilian subsidiaries, we are seeking an enterprising Regional Manager.

In this role, you will act as the link between the branches in Brazil and the head office in Belgium, ensure consistent operations and translate the group’s strategy into the local organisation.

Job description

Location: Paulínia, São Paulo, Brazil

Reports to: Global Management Team

As Regional Manager Brazil, you will act as the link between our Belgian organisation and our branches in Brazil. You will manage the day-to-day operations of one branch, support its further development and foster collaboration between the various companies.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will manage the day-to-day operations and further development of one of our Brazilian branches.
  • You will optimise processes and coordinate production, quality, logistics and administration.
  • You will lead the local team and monitor budgets, KPIs and results.
  • You act as the link between the Brazilian branches and the Belgian organisation.
  • You foster collaboration and implement group-wide strategies and procedures.
  • You oversee strategic projects and support growth and investment initiatives.
  • You contribute to the long-term strategy for Brazil.
  • You build lasting relationships with customers, partners and government bodies.

profile

  • You hold a master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least five years’ management experience in an international environment.
  • Experience in setting up or further developing an organisation is a significant asset.
  • You combine strong organisational and communication skills with a hands-on approach and strategic insight.
  • You are an inspiring leader who knows how to bring people together and take responsibility.
  • You work independently and take the initiative.
  • You communicate fluently in Portuguese and English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
